Same old...

Today I worked on the Data base some, talked with Kathy about various things such as 360 evals, other similar evals, and their PI system. She gave me a notebook about a newer PI system and i read over it, it was interesting but I would be interested in seeing the math and validity studies behind it because its beyond me how they determine some of these things accurately and reliably. I check out their website and requested some materials on the various selection / evaluation services and products that they have. They instantly send you a 65 page .PDF on "hiring, retaining, and identifying top performers". I glanced over it and it had some pretty interesting things.

I arranged to have Dr. Schaffer come for a meeting with Kathy and I. I also have secured a ticket to go out on the estate and see it, which it has been a very long time since I have been there. I'm going to wait until it gets a little colder and the leave start to change.
