First real day

Today was my first real office day, I was shown around, given an ID badge, introduced to pretty much everyone in the HR department and the Executive suite. I then started on my project which is putting together the data base for the different jobs, grades, etc. I have had to teach myself Microsoft Access, which hasn't been too hard, but there are a few things which I am still working on and trying to figure out.
