First Meeting

Today I attended my first HR staff meeting. The meeting started out with some introductions of me and some new additions to the HR department. After that we had a brief OSHA training session. Then the manager of the group sales department came and did a short presentation on what they are doing to better the company, which was actually interesting. Finally Lynne Ivey did a short presentation on counseling, coaching and termination, which was also very interesting to see the BE's policies and other legal considerations.
